Paul Bennett: Trustee
Paul has worked in Public Service, Education and Training for most of his life since graduating, he became involved with community groups delivering direct services to people who were facing challenges in their lives when his career path changed some years ago. He developed and taught a simple model of conflict resolution training that was widely adopted in the health, ambulance and service sectors and which was shown to help people to work in safer, less stressful settings
Joe Boyle: Trustee
Joe trained as a teacher and worked in the post-16 sector for a number of years before moving into sports journalism. He worked on a number of magazines and websites, including the Daily Express and AOL. Following the birth of his children, he became a full-time carer whilst pursuing a freelance writing career. His invovlvement with Halcyon is the result of family experience with Autism.
Steve Reed: Trustee
Steve's career has centred around community-based and public service. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge of dealing with extremely complex and challenging community issues.
Paul Murphy: Charity Manager
Paul is the main contact and trainer for the charity. With many years of expierence dealing with difficult and challenging situations he has a very clear understanding of the difficulties people face. Paul has delivered and developed training courses for many years across a wide range of sectors which include the NHS, charities and a variety private companies. With personal expierence of Huntington's Disease and Autism he has first hand expierence of the difficulties parents and carers face.

An Academic specializing in Education and Leadership, Programme Leader in Post Graduate Education, over 20 years experience in Academic and Vocational Development. Chartered Member CIPD, Chartered Member MCMI
Mark Sproule: Trainer
Mark is a trainer based in Northern Ireland and has a wealth of experience in training in a wide variety of sectors. Mark, along with his family were awarded Health Hero’s 2010 by Candis Magazine for the voluntary work they do teaching martial arts to children and adults with Autism. His area of expertise is conflict resolution and management.
Arlene Sproule: Trainer
Arlene is a trainer based in Northern Ireland. She has many years' experience in a wide variety of fields. She works as a volunteer in her spare time. She has personal experience dealing with people working in the care sector and her own caring nature makes her a natural within her area of expertise, which is "soft" skills training for those working with children, elderly, etc.
